TARAAANG operates two distinct logistics channels to serve your dining and organic grocery needs:

Our freshly prepared Bihari dishes (Wood-Roasted Litti Chokha with pure desi ghee, Baingan-Aloo Chokha, Royal Thalis, and Sattu Coolers) are roasted and cooked live to order.

• Kitchen Preparation Time: 15 to 25 minutes depending on hearth load.
• Average Delivery Time: 30 to 50 minutes for Barrackpore (700121) and immediate surrounding zones.
• Thermal Insulation: Dispatched in high-grade insulated thermal delivery bags to ensure your litti arrives hot and crispy.

Shelf-stable organic products (wood-pressed mustard oil, bilona cow ghee, stone-ground turmeric, unpolished pulses, organic sattu) are dispatched from our central Barrackpore warehouse within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

We maintain straightforward, transparent pricing without hidden surcharges:

For orders below ₹999, a nominal delivery charge (ranging from ₹40 to ₹80 depending on distance and package weight) is transparently calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.

In alignment with our organic ethos, our packaging is designed to safeguard both your food and the environment:

• Hot Food Orders: Packed in food-grade biodegradable containers, sugarcane bagasse platters, and natural earthen clay kulhads for beverages.
• Cold-Pressed Oils & Ghee: Shipped in tamper-proof glass bottles or food-grade tins surrounded by shock-absorbing honeycomb paper cushions.
• Pulses & Spices: Sealed in moisture-barrier zip pouches to preserve essential volatile oils and aroma.

Stay informed at every stage of your order:

1. Order Confirmation: An instant SMS/Email with your Order ID is sent immediately upon successful payment.
2. Dispatch Notification: When your order leaves our hearth or warehouse, you receive live courier tracking credentials.
3. Track Online: Visit our Track Order Status page anytime to check real-time rider location or courier milestones.

Our delivery partner will make up to three attempts for packaged domestic parcels. For local hot food orders, our rider will call your registered contact number upon arrival at your address.

Please ensure an authorized recipient is available to receive fresh food deliveries. If contact cannot be established after multiple attempts, perishable fresh food items cannot be refunded.

While we consistently endeavor to meet all estimated timelines, delays may rarely arise due to torrential monsoon rains, cyclone advisories, public holidays, regional roadblocks, or logistical disruptions. In such circumstances, our customer care team will proactively alert you regarding updated delivery expectations.
