Welcome to TARAAANG ORGANIC FOOD PVT LTD ("TARAAANG", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our official website (taraaangorganicfood.com), mobile interfaces, online ordering channels, and in-person services across our restaurants, dhabas, and cafe outlets.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our associated Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

TARAAANG ORGANIC FOOD PVT LTD is a registered private limited company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of India.

You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent under applicable Indian laws to place orders or make online transactions on our platform.

When creating an account or placing guest orders, you agree to provide authentic, accurate, and current contact information (including mobile number and delivery address with correct postal code 700121 or respective area). You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

We take pride in preparing food and groceries adhering to 100% certified organic principles. All our staples, cold-pressed oils, whole spices, and pulses are cultivated without synthetic fertilizers, synthetic pesticides, or chemical preservatives.

Because our products are completely natural and minimally processed (e.g. wood cold-pressing under 45°C and traditional stone-grinding), minor natural variations in texture, color, viscosity, and aroma may occur across batches. These natural variations do not represent defects; rather, they are a genuine signature of unadulterated organic harvest.

Orders placed online for freshly prepared hot food (such as our signature Wood-Roasted Bihari Litti Chokha, Baingan Chokha, Royal Thalis, and Sattu Coolers) are handcrafted to order. Preparation begins promptly upon order confirmation to ensure piping hot delivery.

We reserve the right to limit order quantities or cancel orders in cases of ingredient unavailability, extreme weather disruptions, or invalid delivery addresses. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the full payment will be refunded to your original payment method promptly.

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted otherwise. Valid tax invoices are generated for every completed purchase.

Online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways supporting UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking. TARAAANG does not store your debit/credit card CVV numbers or banking passwords on our servers.

Hot Food Local Express Delivery: Dispatched via our dedicated fleet across Barrackpore (PIN 700121), Anandapuri, Chiria More, Barasat, Titagarh, and Greater Kolkata with same-day, fast-turnaround delivery.

Packaged Organic Groceries: Dispatched within 24 to 48 hours for standard domestic delivery across India (typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days). Real-time shipment status can be tracked at our Track Order page.

Because freshly prepared hot food is perishable and crafted on-demand, hot food orders cannot be cancelled once kitchen preparation has begun. Packaged grocery items damaged during transit or containing incorrect items are eligible for replacement or full refund when reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 3 to 5 business days. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed procedures.

All TARAAANG operations strictly adhere to the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regulations and hygienic food handling guidelines. Our kitchens follow stringent temperature controls and cleanliness standards.

Allergen Notice: Some of our dishes and products may contain or come into contact with wheat (gluten in whole wheat litti), mustard (in cold-pressed kachi ghani mustard oil), dairy (pure desi cow ghee), and nuts. If you have specific medical allergies, please inspect ingredient labels or contact our staff before ordering.

All logos, trade names, graphics, text content, culinary photography, software scripts, and interface designs are the intellectual property of TARAAANG ORGANIC FOOD PVT LTD and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, TARAAANG ORGANIC FOOD PVT LTD and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, third-party carrier delays, or misuse of products.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product or order in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Barrackpore and Kolkata, West Bengal.
